We have had our rainbow for about 6 months. This was the best purchase I have personally made. It literally does it all. I usually suffer from allergies in the spring and fall with our windows open and was able to leave the windows open in the fall and still was able to breath. The air purification is the best! Being able to keep your air clean plus be able to vacuum, shampoo your carpets and all the other things is a must in my opinion!

How often do I need to change the HEPA neutralizer?
Schedule a HEPA Inspection/Replacement2 Years for Inspection, 5 years for Replacement
It is recommended that you have an Authorized Rainbow Service Center inspect your HEPA Neutralizer after two years of use. After five years of use, the HEPA Neutralizer should be replaced (by an Authorized Service Center) to ensure your Rainbow performs its best.
